In 1968, Seiko released its first professional diver — a watch built to go deeper and stay longer than anything in its class. The HBC001J1 brings that milestone back to life in a limited heritage reissue, adding a modern GMT complication to a design that defined serious diving watchmaking. It is powered by the 6R54 automatic GMT calibre and built to the same 300-metre specification as the original.
